Orto Vins – Old Vines, Contemporary Vision
In El Masroig, at the heart of the DO Montsant, Orto Vins was born from the union of four winegrowers with deep roots in the land and a shared vision: to create wines that are an honest reflection of the landscape, tradition, and native grape varieties of the region.
Since 2008, the winery has worked exclusively with its own vineyards, many of them over a hundred years old, located across different estates within the municipality. With a strong commitment to sustainability, organic farming, and minimal intervention, Orto Vins produces elegant, precise, and soulful wines, vinified at the Agricultural Cooperative of El Molar.
The flagship variety is Picapoll Negra, unique to the area and passionately revived by the project. Every Orto wine is a unique interpretation of its origin, its soil, and its time.

Where are we?
Orto Vins is located in the municipality of El Masroig, in the heart of the Priorat region, within the Montsant Denomination of Origin. The wines are vinified at the Agricultural Cooperative of El Molar.
