Un petit celler amb grans aromes
Los Comuns is a small winery, but full of personality. They make their wines using carbonic fermentation, a special and unique technique that results in surprisingly aromatic wines. This means their work is based on natural wine.
This type of fermentation is done with whole grapes inside specially prepared tanks. Each grape ferments within its own skin, resulting in wines that are intensely aromatic, fresh, and full of life. The resulting wine is reminiscent of candy, with strong fruity notes that make it unique and easy to recognize.
Although this method is often associated with large-scale production, at Los Comuns they use it in a homemade, artisanal way. They use small tools, like a press installed in their winery in Garcia, allowing them to stay close to every detail of the process.
At Los Comuns, they donβt follow strict rules: they work in their own way, with passion and freedom, and thatβs reflected in every bottle.

Where are we located?
Production takes place at the Garcia Cooperative, but it is not permanently open to the public. You need to call to schedule a visit.
