The El Molar Cooperative Winery is located at the entrance of the town, along the main road. It features an agrobotiga (farm shop) where you can buy all kinds of local products (honey, olive oil, nuts…), and also offers tours of the machinery area, the new olive mill, and — when possible — a hands-on harvest experience.

All year round, you can tour the winery facilities: the bottling and labeling lines, vats, fermentation tanks… and learn the full winemaking process.

Discover the El Molar Cooperative Winery, with over 80 years of history rooted in vineyards and slate. Born from agricultural tradition, today it produces soulful wines, crafted on unique terraces under the DO Montsant label. Come and taste the singular character of a land that will captivate you.
Around fifty members make up this Priorat-based cooperative, which focuses its production on olives, almonds, and vineyards. It’s a driving force behind the economy of this small town in the heart of Priorat.
Old vines, slate-rich soil, and the unique terrain of Priorat give the wines their distinctive character — the result of year-round work and a deep commitment to the land. Although the cooperative entered the bottled wine market later than others, it is now making a strong effort to carve out its place among the quality wines of Montsant.

The El Molar Cooperative Winery currently markets two standout brands that have brought great joy:

Els 4 Sonats (Red): A blend of Garnacha and Cariñena, a true reflection of tradition.
